Taco Bell is offering its new ‘$2 Duo’ value meals this summer to drive more customers to its restaurants.

At the beginning of this year, the brand promised to introduce 20 new dollar items, which it has begun rolling it with this latest announcement. Customers need only spend US$2 for a full meal at Taco Bell starting 24 June.

This ‘$2 Duo’ value meal comprises a ‘Triple Melt Burrito’, which is a tortilla packed with beef, three-cheese blend and nacho cheese sauce, supplemented by the thirst-quenching ‘Baja Blast’. If you are not a big fan of the Mountain Dew drink, customers can always opt for the ‘Watermelon Freeze’ instead.

The chain is also bringing other value-for-money promotions that include two varieties of its US$5 boxes. The first box is the ‘Steak Nachos Box’, which includes tortilla chips and nacho toppings with marinated steak.

The alternative is the ‘Naked Chicken Chalupa Box’ and it features a choice of an original or ‘Wild Naked Chicken Chalupa’, a ‘Crunchy Taco’ as well as a ‘Doritos Locos Taco’. The boxes also come with a medium-sized drink.
