Some make protest signs, knit caps, or write letters . Anti-Trump craftivists will attest that making something with your hands is an effective way to unleash your angst about the onslaught of outrageous political news lately. For actress Rosie O’Donnell, doodling on her iPhone has served as art therapy and political protest against her longtime nemesis US president Donald Trump.

The 55-year old actress and budding agitprop artist is now showing her finger painting series titled “Trump and his Regime” and selling prints on Etsy. Showing variations of a haggard, orange-faced Trump, O’Donnell has sold all her 36 prints in a matter of days.

Writing in verse, O’Donnell (a.k.a. ROSIEOArt) describes her work on Etsy :

til trump is out
I will keep making these

I started doodling on my I phone
many images of trump and his regime
my sadness rage disappointment
will now be expressed
with these pieces

The acrimony between O’Donnell and Trump is hardly new—beginning back in 2006 when he owned the Miss USA beauty pageant franchise. Calling Trump a “snake-oil salesman on Little House On The Prairie ” on her morning talk show The View , O’Donnell decried his poor judgement over a Miss USA scandal, his extra-marital affairs and even suggested that the real estate mogul was actually bankrupt. In response, Trump threatened to sue.

Since then, the two have since used every opportunity to advance their verbal feud.

Trump made things far worse when he used O’Donnell as a punchline while campaigning for presidency. Sparring with Fox News anchor Megan Kelly during a televised debate among Republican candiates, he quipped that the terms “fat pigs,” “dogs,” “slobs” and “disgusting animals,” only applied to the outspoken actress. “[Megyn Kelly] hit me with a very, very hard question. That was when I came up with the Rosie O’Donnell statement, which really got a tremendous applause,” Trump said after the debate.

O’Donnell has spoken at anti-Trump rallies and called his presidency “a nightmare” when she received an honorary Tony award in 2014.

Selling the first batch of prints at $100 apiece, O’Donell vowed to produce work until Trump leaves the office. She plans to match proceeds and donate funds to causes and candidates who oppose Trump’s policies. The first beneficiary from O’Donnell’s Etsy art sale is Every Town, a grassroots organization working to promote gun safety in across the US.
