McDonald’s is teaming up with Joseph Robinson—founder of streetwear brands Joe Freshgoods and Don’t Be Mad—for a capsule collection called ‘That’s the Mix’, which is targeted at young adults.
Robinson said that he had received an e-mail from the Golden Arches involving a request to design merchandise for the fast food company. The collaboration also aims to create buzz around the launch of ‘Mix’ by Sprite Tropic Berry, a soft drink exclusive to McDonald’s.
The capsule collection consists short- and long-sleeved t-shirts, socks and a leather varsity jacket displaying the logos of McDonald’s, Sprite and Joe Freshgoods. McDonald’s has also released an exclusive song and video by Kyle the rapper together with the launch.
