As the US-North Korea summit approaches, KFC has whipped out one of the best things capable of bringing people together, regardless of geographical borders: fried chicken.

KFC in Singapore, which is the selected country for the meeting, has extended a ‘Four Peace’ meal as a peace offering to the two world leaders.

As its name suggests, the item comprises four pieces of fried chicken “for peace.” It also includes two whipped potatoes, two coleslaws and two beverages for sharing.

A Facebook letter signed by a “Colonel H. Sanders” reads, “Hey President Donald J. Trump and Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un,

I heard that you’re in Singapore for a historic summit! To celebrate this huge step towards world peace, I’ve created something special for the both of you – ‘The KFC Four Peace Meal’.”

“…Please accept my humble invitation to come down to KFC [in] Sentosa [where the summit will be held] on 12 June for a complimentary box. Let me know if you’re keen so I can reserve a table and jazz it up. Bigly.”

Sometimes, the simplest things—like fried chicken—are the most effective. Here’s hoping the meal will render less bones to pick between the two nations.
